Ann Vogan is available to conduct for FREE, ECELS Health and Safety Checklist for STARS participants. This checklist can be utilized in preparation for an ERS  visit or to assist with other needs in the program. The checklist covers areas including indoor and outdoor play areas, medications, food prep/sanitation, infant– toddler areas, diapering, hand washing, and leadership. This checklist incorporates Stepping Stones, CFOC, ITERS and ECERS as reference points.
