Jeannine Irwin graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and earned a certificate in Educational Technology from Carlow College.  Jeannine has worn many hats in working with children, families and educators in her 20+ years of experience. Some of these included being the director of a childcare center, a computer literacy instructor to both students and teachers, a Kindergarten and fourth grade teacher, and a program director for a human service organization.  She joined the Northwest Regional Key as a STARS Manager in May 2007 and loves the opportunity to use all of this experience in working with early learning educators.
